How do I get started?
Create an account, select Adult or Parent/Guardian/Mentor, complete your profile, and open your dashboard.
Can a parent automatically see my information?
No. Adult accounts approve supporter connections and control permissions. Supporters cannot browse private notes, documents, or financial records by default.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Paid subscribers can open the Membership page and use the billing-management option. Contact support if the billing portal is unavailable.
How do I report a problem?
Email info@adultingsucksass.com with the page, a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Do not email passwords or highly sensitive personal records.
Is this a crisis service?
No. The platform does not provide emergency monitoring or crisis intervention.
