Eligibility and accounts
The service is designed for adults aged 18 and older. Users must provide accurate registration details, safeguard login credentials, and use their own accounts. Account roles do not create legal guardianship or authority.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, defraud, invade privacy, upload unlawful material, or access another person’s information without permission.
Support Circle permissions
A supporter may send only the suggestions an adult has authorized. Approval in the app does not create a legal power of attorney, medical authorization, or right to view outside records.
Subscriptions
Free, Plus, and Gold plans may have different features and limits. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions until canceled. Review the displayed price and billing terms before purchase.
Service availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or remain in development. Do not rely on the service as your sole copy of important information or as an emergency response system.
Intellectual property and submissions
Users retain rights to their original submissions. By submitting an article for review, users grant permission to evaluate it for possible publication; publication requires separate editorial approval and applicable permissions.
Limitation and governing law
Liability limits, dispute procedures, governing law, and any legally required consumer terms must be drafted and reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
